Not experiencing an emergency, but need assistance? Maybe 2-1-1 is what you need. Only call 9-1-1 when police, fire or ambulance is required, including when someone’s health, safety or property is in jeopardy or a crime is in progress.

We cover a MASSIVE service area. If you're anywhere in our service area and call 9-1-1, your call comes through our centre in Red Deer first. Including several large lakes and 100's of KMs of backcountry, this reaffirms just how important it is to know your location. #HelpUsHelp

Thank you Mayor Johnston for your continued support towards all the amazing staff at RDES and our neighbouring communities. It has been a very long and difficult two years and we have some “recovery” to ensure the mental health and well being is top of mind
Join me in extending a huge thanks to our Red Deer and Central Alberta Firefighters, for everything you do to keep our people and our community safe. #InternationalFirefightersDay2022 #ThankYou
