Team CinderBio with Simion Kreimer of the @1jvaneyk group (Cedars-Sinai) ready to present our collaborative work at #ASMS2024. Come see our breakthrough work on "Blood to Biomarkers in under one hour..." at Poster WP-189 Wednesday. #Proteomics #TeamMassSpec
CinderBio will see you at #ASMS2024! See two posters (TP 342 & WP 189) with fascinating insight into the use of our alternative proteases, for #Proteomics. Use c-bio.link/6rmr88 to setup a meeting during ASMS.

Come check out poster 03.08 where @KreimerSimion presents rapid proteomics technology using @CinderBio proteases for acute-care clinical proteomics applications in 40 minutes or less. @us_hupo #ushupo2024
@CinderBio will see you in Portland for US HUPO 2024! Please come chat with @yannone_steve (P1.37) and @KreimerSimion (P3.08) about the latest work with our enzymes Krakatoa & Vesuvius for #TeamMassSpec! See you soon...

We want to give a public "Thank You!” to early adopters of our initial HTA-Proteases. We're thrilled to contribute to knowledge in clinical proteomics, epigenetics, immunotherapies, cancer drug discovery and more. We enjoy being this kind of busy - Team CinderBio

Volcanic enzymes can change #proteomics research! Congrats to @BerkeleyLab @LBNLBioSci startup @CinderBio, which has launched groundbreaking (volcano-born!) archaeal enzymes for the development of new #pharmaceuticals and #diagnostics.

Our founder, @yannone_steve, with @1jvaneyk at the first international single cell mass spectrometry conference held last week. Steve introduced attendees to our HTA-proteases (Krakatoa and Vesuvius). Some lucky folks took enzyme home with them (they’re backpack stable 😊)

@rbharathkumar91 We are working to further refine and optimize our protocols and search parameters and are open to input on how to do this in the most useful way.
Answer to a question about an immobilized version of HTA-Proteases, suitability for HDX, and our interest in collaborations.

There are plans for an immobilized product and our HTA-Proteases already work at lower temps, the rates are just slower. We are considering collaborative initiatives on these topics and more. If interested, please write to info at CinderBio.com.

(2/2) Thank you to Max McCabe, @VarunGejji, Adam Barnebey, @kadzuis, Linh Truc Hoang, Truc Pham, Keira Larson, Anthony Saviola, Steve Yannone, and Kirk Hansen for all their efforts on the publication.
(1/2) Introducing one-step/5 min. digests using new archaeal proteases for #proteomics. Generates #massspec data orthogonal to Trypsin, increasing peptide IDs and proteome coverage. Unique bias towards #membraneproteins. Read more in Journal of Proteomics; c-bio.link/PeoV3V
