The 15th CEO has proposed a governance model where the CEO of CryptoPunks would manage the $PNKSTR contract. Under this system, the CEO could adjust PNKSTR parameters periodically, similar to how the CEO adjusts $CIG issuance.

The CEO could be given the ability to adjust PNKSTR parameters every few days, by a few percent up or down, the same to the way the CEO can adjust $CIG issuance.

Because of the Harberger system, the CEO title is tied to the contract, not the wallet. Even if the wallet of the current holder gets hacked, the title stays intact until someone fairly buys it or tax defaults. That flips the usual NFT fear on its head. The CEO role is secured by game theory + taxes. $CIG
The thing about $CIG is it doesn’t need hype. It just exists, block after block, like a quiet machine in the corner of Ethereum.

I hope one day the punks will embrace @cigtoken. But not for it's "meme coin" qualities, but because taking the CEO title will be seen as a way to showcase their punk, and/or to deliver a message to the punks community, perhaps even take leadership when needed. 🚬
