🚨 BREAKING NEWS: @Paxos has officially brought its Global Dollar stablecoin, $USDG, to @Arbitrum One, connecting the GDN ecosystem with Arbitrum’s growing liquidity infrastructure.
The integration also links Arbitrum liquidity pools with major GDN partners including @RobinhoodApp, @krakenfx, and @OKX. The @Arbitrum Foundation aims to expand $USDG adoption across native AMMs and lending protocols through liquidity incentives and ecosystem programs.
The move marks another step toward positioning USDG as a key settlement asset within Arbitrum’s DeFi ecosystem.

Robinhood Chain demand has surpassed that of any EVM chain
Not even @base or @0xPolygon have seen these sustained levels of data throughput
If i had to a guess, a large reason is bc of how gas intensive the interactions on Robinhood Chain are:
ETH/USDG -> stock -> meme token swaps
Also i'm pretty sure apps like @fomo store $USDG on @solana as user's cash balances. So everytime a token is bought or sold on Robinhood, they're briding that token in and out of Robinhood as well.
Even still, chain kept chugging along with only performance issues irt infra providers that mainly trading app users felt
Either way, scaling is a journey on all fronts
So think it'll be good to see everybody's infra get tested and take learnings so we can continue this upward momentum
