OpenSea reinstated 'Croc of Wall Street' today. I'm not a lawyer but I argued with confidence + conviction; they were wrong, the DMCA was incorrect + invalid. It proves OS are full of shit, but also shows you should never back down from a fight. @ChupacabraPower @CollinsCustomIP

Having a little legal fun with OpenSea who are trying to remove themselves as middle man in this situ by saying to take it up directly with Crocs, Inc. If that were the case they wouldn't have even acknowledged the request in the first place SMH.

My collector has just informed me that @opensea have delisted my fabulous high heeled jail Crocs. Probably because I used the term 'Croc' in the title. Most of the nebulous DMCA claims they profess to have are bullshit but seriously. Owner not pleased.
