Final thoughts:
Sharks came back from the dead for the best win of the season. One of the best wins in recent memory. From Smith to Celebrini to Misa to Stenberg the young guys brought it with vets like Toff and Kesselring playing amazing down the stretch. Amazing resilience.
This is a fight this team needed. Energy depleted feet weren’t under them but they plugged away. Couldn’t be happier to win in overtime. Major momentum and team builder in this one. A game 2 years ago would slip away.

Subtle changes to 4-3 Powerplay. Put smith at goalie instead of top with Celebrini and that changed everything. Almost like putting smith bumper 5-4 pp. it allows him in natural pass position while having stenberg and Celebrini in prime shooting. It works! @SJBarryCuda called it
Good game from Smith too. Point on last goal. Essentially point on the first. Gassed a little bit in 3rd but I’ll take it. His forecheck 1000x better this season.

What a game from Celebrini. Can’t go unnoticed. Two goals an assist just amazing. Misa started this come back. Hope he gets recognition. His energy with Sherwood and Stenberg. Stenberg amazing. So quietly steady. Physical, high iq everything.
What a point for the Sharks. Love Celebrini double shifting at the end there but he has to let Misa get out there. Iced him out of pp and those late shifts. Would normally be fine but let Misa built momentum.
What a play. Celebrini making up for awful turnover by staying on the ice and finding Toffoli perfectly and Toffoli with amazing touch.
Exactly what we need from Misa. His best shift of the year. His hands were great. If anything from this game Misa scoring is a huge relief.

Everyone begging for Gaudette to play has to realize there a chance that person he plays for is Ivar bc he is young and back to backs. Not what I’d prefer.
Very tough stretch for sharks if Wennberg is hurt. Think we see Graf at 3c but Delly and Gaudette can also fill in but regardless. Played today, tmw, Thursday, Saturday. Just insane and against all good teams. Sharks need to pull off 3 pts in the last 3 games
