We have a clamor for #genAI that is based on #LLMs which bear some expense to build and require VERY careful handling for QC, privacy, confidentiality
Yet, we have #AI / machine learning in #ediscovery in the form of predictive coding / technology-assisted review / continuous active learning. It is proven to be sound and effective. It is approved by courts. It is widely included in the cost of the platform in every project at no extra cost.
But it is under-utilized by most litigation teams. Why?
