Today, nature was our classroom. We spent the day at Tiffin. Our 5s learned about climate change and built their own emergency shelters. I think everyone will sleep well tonight from all that fresh air! @boyne_river

We tapped a Sugar Maple behind the school. We collected some sap, and I used a crock pot to reduce it (first time for me). Ss sampled the first round today. The consensus was "delicious"! @boyne_river
