@virginmedia your website makes it impossible to contact you. Moved house, account shows old deactivated account, can't update to new account, can't create new account. Website won't show me any phone numbers, web chats, forms etc. etc. - how am I supposed to resolve this?
@virginmedia starting to take this personally now. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to access my new account for admin purposes when my login only shows my old, deactivated account, won't let me change it and I can't even use your stupid apps. Why are you so incredibly bad at CS?
