The market will still be open after I take a walk.
My screen time is not a measure of commitment. Sometimes stepping away is the most useful thing I can do for the next decision.

Everyone made money today it seems
Me, I was laying back working on setting up some copiers, going through some configurations, completing pending work, and respecting my weekly plan
And only getting involved when
1. It's the right day
2. It's actually the kind of setup I'd want to have
And not the kind of setup "I don't wanna miss this"
There's a big difference
Yet a thin line
That separates the two
Much like trading and gambling have a pretty thin line in between
You gotta know which is which and what you're doing.
While I speak of it
I'm also in the process of mastering it and am not truly at any form of peak.
Here's the trade I took yesterday
And the PNL calendar might look insignificant coz of base hits
But this account isn't for printing
It's primarily here for building the discipline in me that can accomplish and follow rules on a smaller scale
Before I feel confident enough to get on the real aggressive bigger scale.
It's to build that confidence and that cushion I need
today I didn't bother with the markets
Didn't get in the shorts no matter how easy or tempting they felt
And I'm content
Alhamdulillah
There's always more
We don't live for once a blue moon days like this
We live to consistently pull out gains on days where we deem it favorable for us

Thanks for the live session today @brox_mmxm
A rough session can make every decision feel like evidence about who I am.
It isn’t.
I can review the process, own the choices, and still leave my self-worth out of the spreadsheet. The point of a review is to learn what happened, not put myself on trial.

It's amazing what a bit of patience and lack of FOMO will do for your trading.

My stop is not a suggestion from a past version of me.
Once I’m in, the market gets a vote. My ego doesn’t get a veto to change that.
Moving a boundary because I dislike being wrong is still moving the boundary.

When all time based signatures align you can go against the herd selling.

My Sunday outlook isn’t only about the hard parts.
I also ask: which rule felt easy to follow this week, and why?
That answer matters. A process gets stronger when I know what supports it, not only where it breaks down.
I want to carry one helpful condition into the week.

I can have a strong opinion about a level and still wait for price to confirm it.
The level gives me a place to pay attention. The condition tells me whether there’s a decision to make.
That distinction keeps conviction from turning into prediction.

A good model gets you into a trade ,but good trade management is what protects your capital and lets you maximise your edge.

I close the chart when my planned session is over.
I close it when my conditions aren’t there.
I close it when I notice I’m searching for a reason to keep clicking.
Knowing when to stop is part of execution. A session doesn’t need a trade to count as a decision.

My Sunday review includes one question I used to skip:
What did I leave alone this week?
The trades I passed on. The rules I didn’t bend. The moments I closed the chart instead of looking for one more reason to stay.
Those choices don’t always make a dramatic screenshot. They still tell me a lot about how I’m trading.
The rules are easiest to like when they agree with what I want to do.
The test comes when the plan says wait, reduce risk, or call it a day, and I’d rather keep pushing.
I try to treat that friction as a cue to reread the plan, not rewrite it on the spot. The decision deserves a calmer version of me.
Another great feature added to the TradeUniv charts from @TradeUnivHQ
Ever have any questions about the model that´s being taught while looking at charts and don´t have time to ask them in the community?
Draw a simple box around the price action; add a question.
And get the answer right away. Simple as that!
Screenshot the chart. Paste it into a generic chatbot. Get "it could go either way."
That's how most traders ask about a setup today.
We built Ask the Chart.
Click Ask, drag a box over the part of the chart you're unsure about, type your question. Your community's AI tutor answers right there on the chart: in your mentor's model, with exact prices.
"Is this a valid setup?"
"What is this level?"
"Where's my invalidation?"
"What would confirm it?"
Every community answers with its own model. Never mixed with another mentor's rules.
Not in a community yet? Join one with an AI tutor.
Your mentor's not on TradeUniv yet? Tell them to join.
If you teach: this is your course, answering your members on their chart, while you sleep.
