BREAKING NEWS: The U.S. House of Representatives has just unanimously passed the FASTER Act (H.R. 2117)! This is huge for the food allergy community – and especially the more than 1.5M who are allergic to sesame. Now on to the Senate… bit.ly/38NOsuV

These pop tarts are my version of that classic strawberry pop tart, just made over to be completely gluten free, vegan, artificial dye free, and definitely lower in sugar than the original.

Can we make #CeliacSafe a thing? Tired of seeing #GlutenFree menus, that aren't suitable for Celiac's to order from. While there is a risk with shared kitchens, when GF is done right it can be very safe - just look at how well @DisneyParks and @GreatWolfLodge handle special diets

PLEASE don’t ask if something is gluten-free and then follow with “I’m okay with cross contamination.” This behaviour confuses restaurant staff and makes dining out dangerous for people with Celiac. #CeliacAwareness

If you're suspecting #celiac disease or just got diagnosed, don't rely on guidance from Facebook groups. There are much better resources. #CeliacAwarenessMonth #cdam

Even if a restaurant has signage that says “gluten-free“ it’s still important to ask questions to ensure that they can serve a #CeliacSafe meal.
