A riveting, emotionally charged biopic with Sydney Sweeney delivering a standout performance. The boxing scenes feel raw and authentic, perfectly conveying the intensity of the journey. Overall, a powerful portrayal of resilience and grit.

#Christy, starring a phenomenal #SydneySweeney, is an incredibly uncomfortable watch, and that’s exactly its strength. You can slowly feel the shift as the film moves from a story about ambition and grit into something far more harrowing: a portrait of a woman being made smaller,

I have to shout out Sydney Sweeney for her performance in the Christy biopic. She changed her entire physique, learned to box really well, and went proper deep. Incredible to watch. I cried for the entire last quarter. Well done @sydney_sweeney #christy – at Durban, South Africa

@ChristyMovie was incredible. I thank all those who made the movie. Sydney was amazing. Christy you’re a super heroine! Understand that the hate will never stand. Fight for who you want to be in the world. And as they called you in the movie. “Champ”

Just finished #ChristyMovie. Based on the real Christy Martin, the 1st best undercard female boxer in the 90's. Story is good and Sydney Sweeney portrayed her life (successful and sad) well.
