Today Senate Commerce marks up several Bad Internet Bills, including KOSA - which for years experts have warned violates the First Amendment. Instead of fixing the problems, KOSA's sponsors have denied they exist & tried to disguise them with obfuscatory language.

There is clear bipartisan concern with how the FCC's targeting of ABC's local stations threatens the First Amendment rights of every broadcaster in this country.

Confirmed: Nexstar-owned stations in the following markets will lose CBS programming...
• Albuquerque, New Mexico
• Bismarck, North Dakota
• Rapid City, South Dakota
• Jackson, Mississippi
Albuquerque station will become a Fox affiliate; the others will become CW O&Os.
Scoop: Multiple sources have told me that Hearst Television will be acquiring the CBS affiliation in several markets that were previously served by Nexstar stations, including Albuquerque. More soon. $NXST
