@lufthansa we’re due to be flying from Hong Kong at 11:25pm tomorrow at to London with you, transfer at Frankfurt. You’ve bumped us off flights, moved us around, for months leading up to this. Now, less than 48 hours out, you’ve done it again. We have 3 young kids with us.

As if a full day flying isn’t hard enough with 3 under 5’s…your continual changes have been truly awful. I cannot understand why you’ve been continually unable to let us fly on the flights we’re booked into. This is the first time we’ve ever flown with you.
