After 4 years building Focus Tree, it’s time for me to step away. Focus Tree is now the #1 focus app for students. Thousands use it every day to lock in, study, and build a better relationship with their phone. I never thought we’d get here. Few things in life beat building something that genuinely helps people. We were lucky enough to do that. Messages from students who used Focus Tree to study better, beat their phone addiction, get into the school they wanted… I’ll carry those forever. These 4 years had everything. Ups and downs. Tears and joy. The company almost died 3 times. Every time, the team showed up, and we found a way. I’m grateful beyond words for everyone who carried this with me, and proud of where Focus Tree stands today. Thank you to every student who downloaded the app, every parent who emailed us, every teacher who recommended it. You’re the reason this exists. To our community: you were there before any of this was obvious. You showed up every day, helped shape the product in the early days, competed for the most beautiful gardens, climbed the leaderboards, collected the NFTs, and made Focus Tree feel alive. At one point, we became one of the top 30 most used crypto apps ever. We didn’t end up launching a token, but we wrote a small chapter of crypto history together. I’ll be proud of that forever. Couldn’t have done any of this without the Starknet ecosystem. The core team, the founders, and everyone who bet on us early. You pushed us to ship faster than we thought possible. Deeply grateful. And to the Focus Tree core team: Paul, Valentina, and everyone who poured themselves into this. You saw the hardest parts up close. The near-death moments. The pivots. The bugs. The endless uncertainty. The days where it felt like everything was breaking. And still, you showed up. You cared when it would have been easier not to. You kept shipping when we had no guarantee it would work. You gave Focus Tree your talent, your time, your taste, and a piece of your life. I’ll never forget that. Focus Tree was never just my story. It was our journey, and I’m proud I got to be on that pirate boat with such an amazing crew.
