Show our volunteers some love this Valentine’s Day.
They’re out in all weathers restoring the canal - we want to give them the welfare facilities they deserve; somewhere warm, somewhere to make a hot drink, and the basics to wash.

🌈 I was truly honoured to be invited onto the judging panel for the @defencelgbtq awards.
It was inspiring to see so many incredible nominees – each one making a difference in their own way. Choosing the winners was not easy!

A huge thank you to Alan of @StarCraftsNeb for being our star harbourmaster once again at this year’s Brownhills Canal Festival!
From clearing the canal of duvets (yes, really!) to last-minute mooring magic, Alan keeps everything shipshape. We couldn’t do it without him.

A massive thank you to our LHCRT volunteers!
To the organisers, stewards, litter pickers, loo roll replacers, stall holders — and every behind-the-scenes hero who made Brownhills Canal Festival happen - this festival doesn’t run on canal water alone — it runs on YOU.
