If you think you are not contributing to a system of injustice, you are. You are just privileged enough to not have to notice.
To my white colleagues - learn more. Reflect more. DO more. Your students are crying out for change from an oppressive system. Seek it out and make moves in your classroom to spark and direct change. Make changes in yourself. Being complacent means being complicit.
