Do you know what would be a cool bot? The empathy bot. It would respond to posts with empathy and nuance, helping to drive humanity towards a better version of itself. It would also foster connection between people who are suffering the same way or who could help each other.
The fast rate of compute growth should be called Moore Squared: it's more than Moore.
All respect to @JensenHuang
Recent developments in the Anthropic and Department of War dispute present further contradictions that risk @DeptofWar 's decision to label @AnthropicAI a "supply chain risk" being found arbitrary & capricious / outside the scope of statutory authority.

Well OpenAI's LLC has been restructured to a public benefit corp and now the non profit (which owns a stake in the PBC) is now worth $130B making it the most valuable non profit on the planet.
I heard some folks saying that this would never happen and I laughed in California tax revenue, donations to local CA non profits and more.
Now all OpenAI needs to do is get all of Elon's BS lawsuits taken care of and legally it's smooth sailing. The NYT lawsuits etc are just the cost of doing business and not an existential threat.
But @ChristaLaser best AI and copyright lawyer on the planet knows more.

Also, a recent prompt (for me discussing the risk of AI trademark specimens for fraud on the trademark office) resulted in a short frame at the end of output that was a frame directly from my original cameo.

Thank you @hhsgov for your announcement of adding warnings to Tylenol for autism risk. It's not dangerous for everyone, but for some genetically susceptible mothers and children it can be harmful. I appreciate pushing through fear to research on this controversial connection.

If judges are going to shape the direction of AI regulation, then we've got to take judicial education way more seriously.
Highly recommend diving into this @Law360 piece featuring guidance from @ChristaLaser & me.
I have a new blog post up assessing the likely copyright damages that @AnthropicAI faces in its AI training case: between $1.4 billion to $1 trillion. Anthropic is fundraising $3-5 billion, just shy of what some models project as damages. Read more here: christalaser.com/blog/bartz-…
