MMA fighter restrains passenger who tried to open airplane exit door
Longood credits his jiu-jitsu training for his ability to handle the situation.
"There wasn't anything that he was going to do to hurt me, so I was telling people it was like holding down a kid that was throwing a little tantrum."
This is why I'm writing a book on MMA and masculinity. Being well-trained isn't just about yourself. It's a way to love your neighbors by being capable of protecting them when it matters most.
Matt. Respectfully, if you can't understand why, then it's time to look at the evidence. Because the scientific revolution hasn't done anything but make unbelief less plausible.

Well I suppose I learned last summer that life is short, definitely too short for holding grudges.ย So when @GamebredFighter said he wanted to sit down and break bread of course I took him up on it.ย Today he came to Wisconsin, sat down had some dinner and chatted it up.ย Turns out we have more in common than different ๐๐๐ย Felt great to bury the hatchet and make a new friend.ย Life is too short to hold grudges, bury hatchets and move one with your life.ย So glad Jorge was able to come to Wisconsin today.
