When the JLP put forward the $1.5 million dollars income tax threshold the PNP comrades and their surrogates sympathizers groups said it could not work it will crash the economy, did it ⁉️ Now they say that NaRRA will not work and is doomed for failure 🤔‼️

#CARIBBEAN - The crisis inside the Caribbean Court of Justice is deepening. A sitting judge has accused CCJ President Winston Anderson of abuse of power, while lawyers in a separate extradition case are demanding his recusal. newsamericasnow.com/ #CCJ

Across Jamaica stand beautiful houses with six bedrooms. Others have 10. Some have 16 or more. These are impressive properties built through extraordinary sacrifice, yet behind some of those gates lies an uncomfortable reality. The children never came home. The owners grew old. The maintenance never stopped. What was supposed to be a dream became a burden. jamaicaobserver.com/2026/10/…

During COVID everyone was a medical expert. Now in crime fighting everyone is a security expert. Rebuilding Ja everyone is an engineer, contractor, electrician etc. All trained on social media 🤔

Many of our children watch what's happening in their community and emulate, but the things seen are broken. This can leave a sense of hopelessness. Listening to the voices on that video call left me with a sense of anger. Many of our children are raised in broken household with criminal elements, illegal guns, gang members. These are the things they see and live as they try to navigate life at a young age. They should be protected at all cost.

I stand confident the calls for BWC was just to justify their existence and continued funding. So many gaps that can save lives.

So many more useful tools could’ve been purchased with that BWC money. Oh well. Let’s learn and grow from this JCF. Learn and grow

This is an idiotic position you’ve been repeating. Criminals and guns are always the target of operations. The operation is only a failure because ppl died
More missing intelligence; the target was not there.

Let’s pretend to be serious about this issue and what she’s said. “When allegations are made we must be prepared to provide evidence….” She said that. Since he’s a known abuser where’s the evidence? She is the one that said evidence must be presented… I personally see two
Everybody wants to ignore the fact that man is a known abuser… And talk bout the girl gone inna PR Yall sick my stomach

Who deserve each other. Same personality type. Never see a dog mate with a bird yet. If he’s shit, so is she. This is not a defense of him btw.

Sharing my Op-Ed in today's Jamaica Observer. For those who wish to have answers about the purpose and mandate of NaRRA. In his latest series of posts on social media platforms regarding the National Reconstruction and Resilience Authority (NaRRA), Opposition Leader Mark Golding asked a question that reveals a fundamental, dangerous misunderstanding of modern disaster risk management: “Why is NaRRA about legacy projects and not Hurricane Melissa recovery?” jamaicaobserver.com/2026/10/…

🚨ICE NABBED SEX OFFENDER WHO SNUCK BACK INTO THE COUNTRY AND FOUND SANCTUARY IN NEW YORK Denroy Dwayne Briscoe was convicted of sexual abuse in New York — he was 33 and his victim was 13. ICE deported him. In January 2025, ICE HSI received a notification via our tipline that Briscoe had illegally reentered the United States and was living in Mount Vernon, New York. Our federal team found him, got a warrant and arrested him at large during a targeted enforcement operation. ➡️Your tips matter, especially in sanctuary states like New York. To report criminal illegal aliens, call 866‑DHS‑2‑ICE.

Flash bang grenades and tear smoke should be standard on police operations. Time to grow JCF. Improve training and get useful tools. @mnsgovjm

Men will tell a foolish man to get his act together. Modern women will turn a foolish woman’s bad decisions into a movement and call it empowerment. Sometimes, the crowd cheering you on is the reason you never grow.

I think we’re entering an era where poverty doesn’t always look like unemployment. You can have a job.A university degree.A smartphone.Internet access.A respectable salary. And still be one unexpected expense away from financial trouble. You work, but can’t afford a home. You earn, but struggle to save. You have qualifications, but no financial security. At what point do we acknowledge that having employment and escaping poverty are no longer necessarily the same thing?

Youth them who a 21 now was 10 when bunting became security minister. Timely Intervention then would have made a difference now, especially coming right after Tivoli.

Avoid expensive poor women at all costs. Being broke is one thing, but being broke with expensive tastes and a sense of entitlement is a whole different problem.
