Dated yesterday and marked urgent, it tells regional commanders to keep prevention squads ready with submachine guns, less-lethal gear, night vision, and body armor.
Police have not confirmed the order, which does not mention the Constitutional Tribunal.
Opposition figures are questioning what “operational situation” it was preparing for, as the dates lead up to Independence Day on November 11.

I didn’t just read about politics on the internet either. I graduated from college with honors with a degree in political science.

WE AUDITED ALL 58 FOREIGN-BORN FEDERAL JUDGES SITTING ON AMERICA'S BENCH FOR LIFE.
I spent over a billion tokens and about 45 days on this deep dive.
Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.)
Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines.
We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench.
This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches.
They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.

😡One officer literally laughs in the handcuffed mans face when he asks what is the 'reasonable articulable suspicion' that he's committed a crime.
On April 18, 2023, Town of Kent (NY) Police Officer Steven Gasparrini and others briefly detained resident Ryan Theodore while he was walking on Warwick Road in his neighborhood.
He was stopped after a nearby resident reported a suspicious white male in a hoodie and gray pants via doorbell camera—someone seen entering yards, knocking on doors, and peering in windows amid local theft reports.
Theodore mildly matched the description.
He refused to identify himself, asked for the reason for the stop, and was handcuffed and placed in a police car for roughly 8 minutes until officers confirmed via photo he was not the person of interest.
He was released with no arrest or charges.
Town Supervisor Jaime McGlasson reviewed the incident (including bodycam, radio traffic, and interviews) and found no wrongdoing, calling it a valid brief investigative stop.
🔸Theodore posted bodycam footage, filed a complaint, and later sued the town, Gasparrini, Chief Kevin Owens, and others in federal court alleging rights violations.
🔸The case (S.D.N.Y. 7:24-cv-05414) has included discovery and summary judgment motions and is still moving through the system.
❓What rights do you actually have when an officer says “You’re being detained” but won’t clearly state the suspicion?
❓Are doorbell cameras creating a new standard of “reasonable suspicion” that didn’t exist ten years ago?
❓At what point does a “brief investigative detention” become an arrest that requires probable cause?
