Enterprise adoption of AI for many organizations is still at the stage of trying to get people access to Copilot and for them to use it.
People don’t realize we are still so early.
Change within enterprise is soooo slow because their are a lot more at stake and risk to consider
The gap between what is possible with AI at the frontier and the realities of where people are actually at using AI at work is enormous.
Most people are just trying to survive, using AI as a basic Google replacement.
Effective change management is what is really needed now.

@claudeai If you use microphone for voice dictation and stop dictating in the newly combined chat/cowork it doesn’t allow you to use dictation again. You can only type if you want to add more context
Please update to prior way that you could toggle on and off dictation as needed
Claude now integrated into Google Docs is just 👌
I used Claude to generate a Google doc
Then I had it update design to align with our branding (which was its own skill in Claude)
It one shot it. Then I asked it to create a skill for this design for all future docs created 💥
Knowing how to provide context, being clear about your outcome, and knowing what AI capabilities are possible allows you to use AI in amazing ways.
AI is getting productized and agents “just work” now.
Agentic work is getting scarily good for so many use cases.
An AI workflow is a repeatable process where AI does specific steps and people keep the judgment.
This guide shows the five parts, the context AI needs, where to start, three prompts to try, and how to measure value.
Here is how to use it:
4. Measure before you scale.
Record how long the task takes and how often it needs rework before you add AI.
Without that baseline, it is hard to show the value to your team or your leaders.
I felt "this is different" when ChatGPT launched in 2022.
I feel it again today.
Opus 5.5 one-shot my 40+ slide workshop deck.
Then Claude turned that workflow into a skill and built my next deck, adding ideas I never gave it, and better than mine.
AGI is here.
This week I have felt the AGI personally.
One shotting brand-aligned, beautifully designed slide decks with Opus 5.5
Personally this has felt different.
An inflection point like when ChatGPT was first released.
Agentic work is within the products now and it’s really amazing.
I think we need to stop talking about prompts and focus more on workflows.
What are the ways you engage with AI, especially now that it is agentic, to just get real work done.
How you use voice dictation + transcripts to just be efficient.
How you tastefully explain context.

The skill right now is curating context for AI.
The skill coming is designing knowledge so agents can leverage it.
Building personal and organizational data structures that are specifically designed for AI agents is how you proactively prepare for what’s next.
The organizations that win with AI agents aren’t going to be the ones with the best prompts.
They’re going to be the ones with the best knowledge infrastructure.
Here’s what I mean. 🧵
9/ The real opportunity is thinking about knowledge capture at every level, individual, team, organization, in a way that’s designed to be navigated and used, not just stored.
