Diplomacy can be slow & careful but opportunities (&risks) are in danger of outstripping Int. Geneva's ability to reshape multilateralism for the future. Excited to see how the new UK Ambassador navigates intersection of AI governance, human rights, climate, and trade in #Geneva
“This is about everybody at the table, with one question. How do we make the world work?” Pleasure to talk to the @CommonsSpeaker about multilateralism and the UN last week.

Cannot repeat this enough
Do you expect the @UN to plan strategically and act quickly, upholding the mandates given? Then you must argue for a funding model that allows this to happen. Predicable core funding is key. Scattered project funding weakens the UN and its impact.

You know those articles that capture everything you’ve been having conversations about plus more which make you go, “huh.” This is one of them. Worth a read, esp for the didn’t-we-do-well-pat-on-the-back brigade
