I’ve been a loyal @HiltonHonors member and generally love @Hilton. Today I spent 90 mins trying to move to another Hilton nearby. Outsourced customer service had no local knowledge, zero recommendations and transferred me in circles. I was trying to give @Hilton MORE business. 😩
