This ALL starts and ends with the Celtic board and Dermot Desmond. ◾️Lack of a cohesive football structure ◾️No long term vision ◾️Dreadful recruitment operations ◾️No fan engagement ◾️Manager appointment ◾️Lack of accountability ◾️Death of standards The club is unrecognisable

"We could've scored 6-7 dead easy" ANYONE who can say that after watching that game today is so far gone down the road of lost causes there is no coming back This is now verging into Corporate negligence from Celtic

There’s far too many people at Celtic that put their ego above anything else. They’d rather see a downfall of the club than admit they’ve got it wrong or act to correct their errors. Until they’re gone it’s going to be a repeat after repeat.

Was always going to happen when you extended his contract. He could’ve left on the highest of highest of highest of highs. But no, Dermot couldn’t be arsed finding someone proper and now we’re here👍

Let’s stop kicking the can down the road now please. Clueless pish every single game, sticking 11 players on the park and praying for a miracle isn’t a style of play.

𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗞𝗜𝗥𝗞: 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗞𝗜𝗥𝗞 𝟮-𝟬 𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗙𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗔 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞. 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗔𝗕𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗬 𝗔𝗕𝗬𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗦. 𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗜𝗦 𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛! Yet you will still have supporters coming out with the same old line: "We're top of the league." Let's be absolutely clear. If you genuinely cannot see that we won't be top of the league for much longer playing like this, then I'm sorry, but your love and admiration for Martin O'Neill is blinding you to what's happening right in front of your eyes. I love Martin O'Neill and everything he has done for this football club, but Celtic Football Club is bigger than any manager. And let's get something else straight. It isn't enough to simply blame Martin. If Martin O'Neill goes, then Shaun Maloney, Stephen McManus and Mark Fotheringham must go with him. Otherwise, what exactly is the point? We need a complete change, not another sticking plaster over the same problems. We are a football team in rapid decline. I've been saying for well over a year now that we are a poorly coached football team, and rather than improving, we're actually getting worse. Just look at where we are: ❌ Out of the League Cup. ❌ Beaten TWICE by Rangers already this season. ❌ Knocked out of the Champions League. ❌ FOUR consecutive European defeats. ❌ Sitting ROCK BOTTOM of the Europa League. ❌ Five league points thrown away in the space of a week. ❌ No clear style of play, no patterns, no identity and absolutely no signs of improvement. And still some people want to pretend everything is fine because we're sitting top of the league! Mark my words, Hearts & Rangers will be rubbing their hands watching this celtic team. We are there for the taking, and unless something changes drastically, we're heading for a very difficult season. I've heard it all for months now. "It'll click eventually." "Keep the faith." "Trust Martin." "We're top of the league." When exactly is it going to click? We've been waiting for well over a year for this team to find some consistency, some structure, some identity, and it's simply not happening. Supporting Celtic doesn't mean blindly accepting absolutely dreadful football week after week. You can love Martin O'Neill, respect everything he's achieved and still recognise that this management team is not taking us forward. We are in serious trouble, and of that, there is absolutely no doubt Anyone still insisting everything will magically come together really needs to wake up and take a long, hard look at what's happening to our football club. 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗪! 🍀

These performances aren’t blips or anomalies, they are the standard performance now. Celtic get away with it because of pieces of quality from individual players, which may happen here, but this is the standard now. And it’s miles away from where we should be.

We look uncoached with no identity. We don’t press the game we have no movement. Sick of people telling me Liam Scales is good enough for Celtic he’s absolutely chronic. How Callum McGregor played 90 mins as well. Nothing will change this season will be another slog.

Such a short-term view. The squad has all the makings to be great but MON isn’t getting anywhere near the best out of them. Some people might enjoy seeing 11 players chucked on the park and asked to win based off nothing but individual quality - not me unfortunately.
Most negative fan base in the world btw We’re 4 clear at the top. Yes we have been poor, but look at the state of the squad… what are you expecting with that defence. MON is not the problem. Some “supporters” could try actually supporting for a change

This ages better as each game goes on btw. There is no actual system under this coaching setup. Our style is just throwing things at a wall and hoping it sticks.
🗣️ "Overall, we played a bit too random" 🗣️ "The group are together, like we've always been" 🗣️ "I tend to agree with the manager, I don't think there was much in the game" Cameron Carter-Vickers speaks following Celtic's defeat against Rangers ⤵️

The days of throwing 11 players onto a football pitch and hoping for the best is long gone. We don’t have the quality to rely on individual brilliance every week. This squad is in dire need of some competent coaching. 3 wins in 9 is sackable.

We’re fucking Dot Cotton. There’s no structure to how we play, feed the wingers and hope they create. Gaps everywhere, playing strikers as wingers. It’s hard to watch this shite every week. The leagues atrocious as we sit 4 clear.

I have to say this excerpt is absolutely spot on. Cannon fodder on the European stage. And we’re to be happy with ‘it got better second half’.
'What this Celtic team produced on Thursday evening was an insult to the Lions’ legacy' || Graeme McGarry "Roll up, roll up, come and get your official Lisbon Lions commemorative shirts, tea-towels and trinkets. If nothing else, it may help you remember a time when Celtic actually gave much of a damn about European football. "One wonders if decades from now, the 'made a better fist of it after the break' range will have quite the same cachet. "Being drawn against Benfica in the Europa League was manna from heaven for the club’s commercial department. Thousands of Celtic fans would be making the pilgrimage to Lisbon and the Estadio Nacional, the sight of the club’s greatest triumph back in 1967. It was a chance to get a head start on punting some of the new range of tat before next year’s 60th anniversary and throw yet more of their supporters’ money on the big pile. "From a footballing perspective, though, this was the stuff of nightmares. Inevitably, when things went predictably pear-shaped on the field of play, the comparisons between the legends of the past and the lame ducks of the present was a stark one, and the stuff of headline writers' dreams. "‘From Lions to Lambs’ screamed the back pages, as Martin O’Neill’s men were dismantled in the Estadio da Luz by the Super Eagles, who far from getting their wings clipped, felt – as one Portuguese paper put it – only the slightest of tickles beneath them from their once storied opponents. "This is what Celtic, and by extension, Scottish football, have become. Our champions - mere cannon fodder for the big boys of the continent. Teams like Benfica, who have now put 10 goals past last season’s Scottish Premiership top two in two matches on their home patch, look at Celtic the way that we would once look at the minnows of Luxembourg or Gibraltar. A guaranteed win, with the chance of a good few goals into the bargain." 👇 𝘐𝘔𝘈𝘎𝘌: 𝘡𝘦𝘥 𝘑𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘯/𝘗𝘈 𝘞𝘪𝘳𝘦/𝘗𝘈 𝘐𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘴

If there isn’t a Celtic fan who isn’t now awake at the shit show behind the scenes which has cost us to regress in every capacity get embarrassed so far this season in every big game. We are an absolute disaster. Murray and Tounekti playing for Celtic says everything.

Martin clearly doesnt know his best team which is worrying. Id have him gone tbh thanks for what youve done but there is no identity with this team. They look so unfit and lack of coaching. But nothing will change.
