@AngelaMaiers inspired the best 1st day I have ever had with students...shared my story and asked them to share what personal genius they brought to the room that could contribute to the genius of the entire room...a moment that set the tone for year. #youmatter xitter.cf/AngelaMaiers/status/10…

Students will not connect with you because of your lesson plans. They will connect to your story. Tell it, and then listen. #Education #EdChat

You are enough. You have influence. You are a genius. You have contributions to make. You have a gift that others need. Your actions define your impact. You are the change. You matter. @AngelaMaiers #youmatter #bekindEDU #KidsDeserveIt #tlap #LeadLAP #BeTheOne #edchat #122edchat

PLEASE share this message as widely as possible! Summer is not a time of joy and fun for for children who live with food insecurity. There are things we can all do to help, though. xitter.cf/nokidhungry/status/100…

Kids who rely on school meals struggle to get enough to eat during the summer months. For many of those kids, free #summermeals served at schools, community centers, libraries and more are the answer. ☀️ bit.ly/2EOXS7j
