You’ve got 2 wheels of energy flowing in your body. When the flow gets stuck, leaks, or constricts, you feel it.
Wheel 1: your gut.
Wheel 2: the loop down the front of your body and up your spine.
The inputs of the outer world create a trigger inside your inner world. You feel it as a negative vibration along the wheel that shows up as anxiety, fear, or anger. That’s when you fall back on old habits, freeze up, or act out.
Let irritation sit in your gut long enough and it can turn into blind rage. Even violence.
With practice, you can keep the channel flowing comfortably. You’ll still get disturbed. You just won’t sit in it longer than you need to.
Next time you feel overwhelmed or thrown off, notice where it hits. Your chest, your gut, or a chill down your spine. Then spin the wheel and let it move.
Noticing is step one. But healing takes more than awareness and moving the energy. You have to get your conscious and subconscious mind into a relaxed, stress-free state as well. A new mental focus. Which is the other, polar side of this battle.
A few years ago, my friend was throwing a birthday party. He's an extreme socialite, has many friends, and deep connections.
We often laugh about how opposite we are. I am introspective and have thought a lot about life, and he doesn't care for the deep thinking and wants to experience life to the fullest.
Anyway, so I'm socializing and meeting his friends (two long dining tables full of people at a popular nightbar/restaurant) that I've never seen or met before. Made small talk over drinks and had a great time.
The most interesting part of the night was meeting this guy named, Michael. This guy was hella aggressive to everyone. Really muttering to himself, lowk sounding crazy. It all started to make more sense when he started offering us coke.
So anyway.... after the bump, I actually started listening to him and what he was arguing with people about.
& this guys is wildly philosophical. He's talking about the mind, the world, and telling people they're full of shit. Basically, he could see the masks people typically wear and called them out on it.
I understood what he was talking about, but other people were calling him insane or a huge dickhead.
Never spoke to that guy again, but hope he's doing well. You never know who you run into that wakes up to stuff like this.
Every now and then I see a post about semen retention...
I even wrote an article about it back in 2024.
I could explain it in 1 long form post... but people are building courses around it or something so i'll chill. I've observed it differently than most though.
Claude be gassing me up. Saying shit like,
"That’s a deeper answer than my question allowed for."
like iight bro. thanks for organizing it.
Spending tonight with Claude, pulling everything I know about the mind and the energy body out of my head and organizing it 🧐
I wonder wtf is actually in here?
You can resolve issues through talking and debating in a civilized manner.
Violence at this scale is purely emotional.
All complainers; no one with a solution or builders.
When it comes to physical violence, or wanting the other person's perspective on life to end, I've seen both sides.
The victors writing the history books
& the martyrdom living beyond their lifetime
First of all, no ideology stops seeing other people as people.
Base humanity comes in a very selfish form.
Our own thoughts are all we know. Solipsism.
Unless you wake up a little or have kids, you are the center of the universe.
Consideration of another person's thoughts and emotions are a sign of maturity; not our baseline.
Also, this cute sense of unity is only one side of polarity.
What do you do when difference exist?
Are you prepared to fight for the people and things you love if someone else has other plans?
Reality is colder and more cruel than you think.
There is unity, love, and compassion in Islam as well.
Maliq seems to see where the gap is.
No one really cares what their neighbors do or believe.
So long as it does not affect their immediate world.
Express yourself.
Don't shove it into everyone's face and say "this is the only way to think".
What an insult to infinite creativity.
As Muslims, we need to understand this.
You can live in America or the UK, build mosques, raise a family and practise Islam freely. But that doesn't make Islam the national religion of those countries.
Belonging to a country doesn’t mean the country belongs to your religion. Religious freedom is not religious ownership.
For the strange people who care:
Sometimes I get dinner with friends and family that I care about after work.
After I get washed up for bed, I'm falling asleep. idc.
It's always been about "How do we manage this many fkn ppl?"
If you read the old testament, all of this shit stemmed from,
"Yo, we got a big ass family. How do we manage this many people?"
- Abraham and the Jews
And since then, it's always been about, how do we manage a large group of people?
It's never been about control either.
The world still expresses it's Polarity in Whole.
But if you control the money, it doesn't care how the world wants to play politics.
Whoever is in control doesn't care what we do, so long as they can live however they want. (without the constraints of made up morals or ethics)
Ok, I think it's time to share more.
You perceive things through your 5 senses.
You see something.
Hear something.
Feel something.
Taste something.
Smell something.
The inputs of the outer world create a trigger inside your inner world.
You feel that trigger somewhere.
Likely anywhere from your:
Upper chest - (Heart and Lungs)
ie. your heart sinks and you start sweating or go cold. Likely from hiding something you don't want exposed.
Mid-section - (Liver, Kidneys, Spleen)
ie. amplified vibrations of anxiety, fear, and anger
Gut - (Intestinal tract)
Your sense of security, anxiety, anger, fear, sexuality all depend on the health of your gut and how you move/spin the energy within it.
Your sense of security can be controlled by yourself, so long as you know how to spin that energy in a cycle within' yourself + train your mind to associate with that good feeling over and over again.
[read quote tweet first]
this applies more now with France burning.
First World Luxuries are available because America chose Christianity as their generic morals in a box.
Don't kill. Don't do harm to others. Don't steal. Don't commit adultery.
Fundamental rules for a society that wants to grow more than 10 people.
To clarify something, I'm not saying Christianity is comparable to Islam.
America is lucky because we don't have direct ideological threats connected to our land. They must travel by sea and if they try something, we'll blast them.
In order to control a large group of people into a First World society, you must set your fundamental ideologies and values at the forefront.
If it's 'Law and Order' Christian values of the US vs the under-developed World of no rules, the Christian values of the US will win.
The United States, in particular is special, because (Luckily we have Trump) we understand that in order to fight those who have no rules, we must be strong from enemies within and without.
Consider if Kamala had won, we would look like France.
As for myself, I want to show people a perspective on reality. For those who want to leave Plato's Cave. For those who want to understand others because they understand themselves.
I'm not here to dismantle a system. But causing a tear in the fabrics of reality will cause discomfort.
true. it's generic morals in a box.
Religion holds key values and secrets for mankind, and therefore the common people see it as "true".
The wise see the values but do not attach themselves to the religion.
And the rulers see how useful those values are at controlling a large group of people or society.
I'm celebrating a friend's birthday tonight.
I forgot to buy his gift, so I'm going out shopping soon.
^^ I would normally not tweet something like this, but idk... for the strange ones that care 🥂
There's a primitive side of the world that were never born with rules, morals, or ethics of the First World.
"There are no rules in this world" is often the baseline of humanity.
& At this level, physical strength rules.
Ghengis Khan went to every civilization he could find said, "Submit to us, or we're going to kill the men, rape the women, and steal the children."
To literally his entire known world.
If he can get to it by horse, he took control of it.
Eventually, humanity evolved under harmonious leadership.
& Money dictated who ruled.
The people with money dictated society and formed the Matrix. Where people can live happily in their bubble comfortably in their first world problems.
But that doesn't stop the people who don't live by rules of society and want to overtake through strength.
People in power let people who don't live with rules enter their society and then act surprised as they watch it burn.
Elon is truly a 1 of 1.
Ideas, even Sci-Fi, can come into reality to the extent that someone puts the time and effort to see the dream come true.
Getting an idea like this into reality is like ripping a giant tear into the fabrics of reality & a lot of people are going to, not just notice, but get disrupted by the change.
There's got to be a lot / some sort of safety regulations around this tho 💀
They turned Jesus into an idol then made everyone practice Idolatry.
It's funny. You look into history and you can't stop people from worshipping a golden cow.
No matter how many times people say "as within', so without" or stay away from idolatry.
We are born to look out / stay external by nature.
Seldom do people look within to find what they were actually looking for.
My disappointment with religion isn't about the values it promotes. It's that it makes people give up on truth.
You don't gain Jesus's influence unless you are an extraordinary person.
However, Jesus didn't establish his own religion. His disciples did.
Crucifixions are a prolonged and agonizing form of execution. You hands and feet are not the life-sustaining vital organs that would immediately end your life. (You can live without arms and legs. It would be difficult but arms and legs do not dictate your life-sustaining energy that are in your organs.
He cried out to the heavens, or the Western Monotheistic "God," asking...
"God, why have you forsaken me?"
God, WHY did you ABANDON me?
He was asking the person in the sky he was praying to why he's letting him suffer like this & The universe let him die in one of the slowest, painful deaths.
After they let him down and put him in a grave, his disciples decided to do a bit of grave digging to see if they can feed, water, and tend to his wounds, but Jesus didn't make it. Resurrected him tho for a bit.
I wasn't there. I just did a lil emotional body jutsu into the past and rationalized it through a lens of reality. Who knows what actually happened.
I woke up to this on my For you page. I'm dying laughing 🤣🤣
Matrix enjoyer vs
someone who left the matrix ages ago and stopped caring
There are a surprising amount of mentors who appear to be god among men.
Oda (The creator of One Piece) can tell stories that will make your heart flutter and stories that will make you break down sobbing.
I've learned a lot from One Piece. Shoutout Oda.
