Biggup Leaders By Choice - LBC and Coach Muhammad for a superb “Acting Up Adults” class this Winter Session!
It was a huge start for me on this healing journey! For those of you who aren’t aware,I lost my brother at the end of 2021 and it reminded me that healing is not linear

Peace yaw—
Our final projects are the culmination of the evolution that has happened here and also what has happened in our lives before here.
“Dear John” is a powerful piece written by @johnjohnsincebirth and directed by @najahknows that navigates that evolution.
***Content warning: the mention of sexual abuse can be a trigger.
Through 8 weeks of working together, we developed a safe space of sharing in Acting Up Adults.
Our final projects are the culmination of the evolution that has happened here.

Peace yaw — bless Friday— So when we reach the end of a process, how do we feel?! 🙏🏽😊❤️
Last week’s poll showed that most prefer the middle part of the process, which means we prefer the work! What if we didn’t though, what if we took more time to enjoy the end; the celebration? What is something about the end process that you can learn to appreciate?
