A 2D Shadow up against a real life Maria would look really jarring as opposed to Shadow just looking like a “real” creature that can actually stand next to a human.
A 2D Live Action Sonic movie can only really work as a standalone film not an entire franchise with 4 movies.
This idea can only work for one movie. A 2D hybrid can’t work long term cuz not only do you only see those types of movies get put out once in a blue moon but it also just wouldn’t be taken as seriously. For example something like Shadows origin would’ve been seen as goofy asl.
“The idea of merging Sonic with the real world would have been better if it had been handled like the Looney Tunes movies where they already coexist with humans instead of making them aliens”

Didn’t he literally save earth from being taken over and blown up I don’t see how he’s a bad hero
“That guy in the armored truck who called Sonic the worst hero ever is lowkey ultimately right.”

Well sinners and hellborn, they did it
They are finally communicating! It’s an early Sinsmas miracle!
Aggressively communicating, but hey any communication is good at this point.

My lineup would be this.
My team would be dysfunctional as hell. Gemrel would try to get them to stick together since it’s logical only for all of them to go off on their own except maybe Silver. Kit would obviously stick with Surge tho.
