What is changing is the direction we’re focusing our growth on. Over the past 4 years, NFTs and crypto have been a major part of our journey. We've met some incredible people and grown so much during this time. As we move forward, we’re shifting our niche toward building our own tabletop gaming experience using the D20 system — the same core ruleset used in games like Dungeons & Dragons. This allows us to fully develop the world of Chitin Nature into something players can jump into, explore, and grow with. With that being said, our NFTs are not being abandoned. They will continue to play a role in our system and future plans. To support this: 🍃FOUNDERS PASS: Still capped at 250 total pieces, and currently only 85 are held. While many early holders have moved on or are unreachable, this collection will remain open as it continues to unlock future benefits across our ecosystem. ✨Minting is still available directly on our website. 🍃GUARDIANS: Anu Nnaki was promised as an airdrop in our system, and we will still honor it. The art is done, we're just facing a bit of a roadblock. Our hurdle right now is that Polygonscan has updated to a V2 and I need to figure out the code for that. For the long long loooonng awaited customs: I'm now off work due to the season ending for 2 of my main jobs, giving me lots of extra time to complete them. ✨Ancalagor SOLD OUT 2500 🍃GROTYLES: Alyssa will be rounding off Grotyles Genesis and GrotyleCon to the nearest 10 (250 for Genesis and 110 for GrotyleCon). ✨BOTH COLLECTIONS will be open for primary sales at floor price (0.008 WETH). Collection milestones for customs will still be honored on primary and secondary sales on both collections (10 Grotyles collected = 1 FREE Custom). A temporary cap will be placed on new Grotyle creations after the 250/110 is reached. Alyssa will continue to create art for our business as we expand with new characters in our universe. ORBIT System Launch (Discord Core) Building ORBIT (Online Rewards-Based Interactive System) — the heart of Chitin Nature. Levels, Stardust, quests, roles, wallet linking, and community progression. 3. New Merch Line Launching a refreshed merch lineup: D20-inspired items, general apparel, accessories, and character-driven designs tied to the world of Ziraizar. 4. Narrative Expansion Character builds, playable one-shot campaigns, and development of Book 2: Legends of the Grotyles, expanding the lore and playable universe. 5. Year-Long Social Strategy Establishing a sustainable content plan across platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Discord, email) focused on storytelling, dev updates, community highlights, and launches. 6. Community-First Events & Engagement Monthly ORBIT events, Discord games, Rumble formats, giveaways, lore drops, and interactive polls to keep the community actively involved. 7. Digital + Physical Bridge Strengthening the connection between physical products, digital collectibles, and ORBIT rewards — making everything feel part of one ecosystem. 8. Convention & IRL Presence Refresh Updating booth design, signage, displays, and product flow to match the rebrand and improve in-person storytelling and conversion. 9. Creator & Collaboration Outreach Partnering with artists, writers, streamers, and creators who align with the Chitin Nature vision to expand reach organically. 10. Stabilize → Scale → Polish Lock core systems, refine what works, remove what doesn’t, and prepare for larger releases without burning out the team or community.
