I’ve been lied to, told different time limits for the return of my money and the customer service has just been disgusting!

Last Monday @o2ukofficial decided to take £1099.76 from my bank account - for a phone I NEVER received
15 calls - 3.5 hours on phone
And I still don’t have my money back. They’ve literally left me with no money, but todays call handler seems to think waiting
is acceptable!

I placed an order with you on April 3rd 2023 I received an email confirming my £154.80 order and was told it would be shipped in 3-4 days. I still haven’t received my order. You have repeatedly refused to issue me a refund……1 of 2
