I’ve sat through hundreds of jury trials. Private lawyers, public defenders, every type of defense attorney you can think of. Never once have I seen one of them stand up in open court and put a target on a juror for doing their job. This clown didn’t argue the law. He outed the lone holdout as a man in front of the whole country. Nine women, three men. Now that juror’s identity is hanging out there for every angry keyboard warrior to find. Jurors are civilians doing a civic duty. They didn’t sign up to get doxed because some defense attorney couldn’t accept that one person wouldn’t fold. This kind of garbage is exactly why decent people start looking for ways to dodge jury duty. Dude just made the whole system look like a circus. Absolutely disgusting.
