Asking an MKP member to explain their immigration policy without mentioning "uBaba" is like asking a fish to walk on land. Mission impossible! 😂🤡

International relations and co-operation minister Ronald Lamola has criticised ActionSA leader Herman Mashaba over his now-deleted comments about the commemoration of former Mozambican president Samora Machel, saying they reveal the type of politics advanced by him and his party. Link in comments.

One of the key amendments that must be that is needed is to ensure the National commissioner can easily intervene in any province if it is clear that the provincial commissioner is not doing his work Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi is creating chaos in KZN . Every one hands are tired because they will be labelled that they are interfering . The less said about Ramaphosa the better

I don’t care which nationality you hold or which province you come from. If you’re a murderer, you deserve to rot in jail. Full stop.

KZN police claim to be investigating the murder of a foreign national by March and March criminals. What exactly are they investigating because crimes get committed in their presence and they never arrest those criminals on the spot? They are accessories to this murder.

The MK Party letter doesn’t just fire the arrogant Sibonelo Nomvalo, it reads like a rap sheet of internal sabotage and unauthorized power grabs. The Office of the MK Party President Jacob Zuma is accusing him of: Factionalism & Dual Remuneration: The most damning charge. "Dual remuneration" is political speak for double dipping (getting paid by the party and the state/parliament simultaneously). Factionalism means he was picking sides against the leadership. Going Rogue on Parliament: He made changes to the parliamentary caucus and administration without telling President Zuma, National Officials, or the Presidency Collective. Freelancing Committees: He established high-level deployment committees without leadership's knowledge. This implies he was trying to build his own power base and hand out jobs (and likely money) to his loyalists. Sabotage: Delays in campaign materials implies he was actively stalling the party's progress, either out of incompetence or deliberate sabotage. Jacob Zuma and the top brass are making it crystal clear: You do not sneeze without our permission. This letter isn't just about firing Nomvalo, it's a warning shot to the rest of the party that the President's office is watching, and any independent thinking will be punished. The Replacements: Lindiwe Mtshali (Acting SG): She is brought in but explicitly told she must work "in consultation with the National Chairperson, Comrade Mxolisi Phakathi." Translation? She doesn't have the full power of the SG; she has a babysitter. Sifiso Mahlangu: The National Spokesperson is now doing double duty, taking on Deputy SG responsibilities. This shows a lack of depth in the party's leadership pool and an attempt to consolidate loyalists into multiple positions, a bit ironic considering Nomvalo was just fired for "dual remuneration."
