Creating a separate agency is the right decision. An agency that is not a police service but a federal law enforcement agency. Its a big difference. Build an agency on people not titles and rank. I suggested this in 2015 for the Ontario Serious Fraud office.

These two stole all the bags of firewood available for sale roadside for the second time in less than a month.
They have enough money for a +$100k Denali pickup but would rather steal than pay people for their hard work.
Make them famous, these people are turning Canada into a low trust society.
It would be foolish to ignore the aspect of internal support and guidance that helped with 10 years of her gov service. Look back, look ahead and look at now. Canada needs to do way better at security. cbc.ca/news/politics/canada-…

This is where we fall down as a nation. We need to be serious about safety and security. It's all in. Full on screening. Security is not to be compromised by being nice. It's a fair all-or-nothing environment.

Welcome to Las Vegas. Entertainment is the factor, not the sport. Big, bright, glittery and welcoming. Not for the Torts we know! He needs Hockeytown .......hockeytown needs him!
RIP Dance. You made everyone smile!
Slow Down for Dance
A long-standing tradition at the East Algoma OPP Blind River Detachment is the placement of a cruiser on the front lawn to encourage motorists to slow down on Causley Street.
This tradition was started by Constable Andrew Hall, affectionately known as "Dance." Always looking for creative ways to get drivers to slow down, Dance even tried placing a mannequin in the driver's seat of the cruiser. Let's just say it didn't go over quite as well as he'd hoped!
This year marks 10 years since Dance passed away following his battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), but his memory continues to live on within our detachment and community.
In his honour, the East Algoma Detachment continues to place a cruiser on the front lawn as a tribute to a respected colleague, friend, and proud member of the OPP family.
If you knew Dance, slow down and give a honk as you pass by.
Never forgotten. Always remembered.
Remember: Speeding saves only seconds, but can change lives forever. Slow down, stay alert, and help keep our roads and communities safe. ^bg

^bg
