It's on the back of news that the A&E here is the oldest of its kind but still no money is being found to upgrade it.

Health Minister Robbie Butler has said Hospice care is of “prime importance”, but said he must not “overpromise and underdeliver" over funding.
It comes as Hospice leaders are warning of a "postcode lottery" in palliative care across Northern Ireland, with access to support varying depending on where people live, their diagnosis and local services.
