Betting on Republican politicians to roll over and surrender is always a smart play, but you cannot possibly think that weaponizing the Federal government against low-level staffers is going to lead to anything less than an escalating tit-for-tat until eventually things spiral out of control.

This woman is correct; In places that have centrally planned socialism like the Soviet Union, the government would decide where you work
The government planners set production targets. To hit those targets they allocated labor administratively. You get a job assignment after school or training
If you refuse, there are several counties that will send you to a labor camp
