No enquiries for this girl, her appeals never seem to get as much attention as others, can you please share to give her a chance? Trixie is still looking for a loving home, can you share to help her on her way? Meet Trixie, she is a 6 year old, Staffy X (White) Through no fault of her own Trixie is looking for a new loving home. Sadly with a lot of soul searching her present owner has had to make the heart breaking decision to have to rehome Trixie as they have developed a severe allergic allergy to her coat. Trixie is a very loyal, loving girl who loves being spoilt and getting lots of cuddles, she loves any kind of attention she enjoys being all cosy and snuggling up with you. She loves meeting people and loves attention from anyone. She is good around children, Trixie can be reactive sometimes with other dogs. Not happy around cats. Not good with the hoover. She would be best placed in her new home with no other animals. Trixie is registered with the vet, microchipped, no medical issues, not on any medications, she is fit and healthy, weight 27kg. She is up to date with her vaccinations, she is due her yearly check up on the 28th November. Trixie's diet - she eats wet and dry food, she’s on Forthglade wet and Hunters Club dry twice a day. She is very food motivated, and loves her treats. Trixie likes playing in the garden, enjoys going for walks. She likes toys, her favourite is a ball, especially if it has a squeaker. When going on walks can get a bit excited at first, can pull on her lead, however will settle down. She is not keen on dogs, she will walk past them fine, however she doesn’t like other dogs in her space and she will snap at them. Trixie is good with commands. She can be left on her own. She travels well in the car, can become vocal. She sleeps in her own bed, unless she is sometimes allowed on the owners bed. This beautiful girl is looking for her new human companion, to share lots of adventures, walks and all her love with. If Trixie sounds like the dog for you email [email protected] for more information.

Not on my watch should any violent offenders get any social benefits or financial benefits of any kind whilst under hospital orders. Crime should never pay As it is it costs the tax payer over £300,000/year to keep an offender in a secure hospital. This relates more to Calocane than anyone else. Today, my thoughts are with Rhiannon Whyte’s mum and everyone who loved her. On 20 October 2024, Rhiannon was brutally attacked as she made her way home from work. She was just 27 years old. Three days later, she lost her life. Think about that for a moment. A young woman going about her everyday life, finishing work and making her way home, never knowing she would never make it home to the people who loved her. Behind every headline is a family left to live with unimaginable pain. A mum who has to face every day without her daughter. Birthdays, Christmases and all the little moments that should have been shared, but never will be. Rhiannon was someone’s daughter, someone’s mum someone’s friend and a young woman with her whole life ahead of her. No words can undo what happened, and no mother should ever have to endure the pain of losing her child in such horrific circumstances. Today, I want Rhiannon’s name to be remembered, and I want her mum to know that she and her beautiful daughter are in all of our thoughts. Rhiannon will never be just another headline. She will never be forgotten. ❤️ @siobhan1437154

I’d like to ask the @BBC how they can describe these protests in Paris as “Mostly Peaceful” when they clearly resemble a war zone from Gaza. And @itvnews as “Scuffles”

This is the fucking GALL of these people! 🇵🇸 A caller named Khaled goes on LBC, defends the “Palestine poppy,” and calls the deaths and sacrifices of our soldiers a “trivial matter.” 😡 My grandfather suffered awful injuries in the Second World War. He came home broken, like thousands of others who never fully recovered. Those men — and the ones who didn’t come home — are the reason this country still exists. They already disrupt the two-minute silence and vandalise memorials. Now they openly call our war dead trivial when someone defends the actual poppy. If our fallen are so trivial to you, and Palestine is all that matters, then fuck off to Gaza, fuck off to Palestine, or fuck off wherever it is you’re so busy defending. You have no place here.

Dam right 🤬 – at Mossley, England
Killers and serious sex offenders detained in hospital are among the criminals who will no longer receive benefits worth up to £800 a month, under proposals called for by victims' families. Emma Webber, whose son Barnaby was one of three people killed in an attack in Nottingham, spoke to #BBCBreakfast about the change bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cv62…

🚨 £10k REWARD: ATTEMPTED RAPIST A woman in her early 20s was dragged into a building entrance on Church Road in Islington. She was assaulted and subjected to an attempted rape. Two members of the public intervened after hearing her cries for help. The tanned European suspect then fled towards Angel. The Met Police have released CCTV images of a man described as 5ft8 to 6ft tall, with short or shaved hair, wearing a distinctive blue-and-pink tie-dye T-shirt. Detectives also want to trace a witness who briefly restrained the attacker.

Yet another London failure. I am a member of a group who advises people about what to do and where to go in London. A young American woman in the group had an appalling experience at the weekend. She went to the theatre to see a musical. Her friends wanted to go out afterwards but she preferred to go back to the hotel. She could not get a black cab and did not want to risk a minicab. So she took a rickshaw. You know the type: lit up like Blackpool illuminations and blaring out music. She thought they were licensed. They are not: the mayor has been talking about that for years but it won’t be in place until 2027. Anyway, just her and one “not English” guy cycling. As they came closer to the hotel she said they ended up in a really quiet alley. He stopped and suggested taking her photo using her phone. She refused. She did not want to hand over her phone and did not feel safe. They had quite an argument about it. She said she would just pay and walk the rest of the way. Then two other men appeared. Now she really was scared and offered the £30 agreed fare cash. The driver (and the two men) insisted that she pay by credit card. They started to say that she had to pay double if she paid in cash. At that point, a couple turned the corner and instantly the two men vanished, the driver took the £30 and she was left alone. If that couple had not turned up I don’t know what would have happened. She had a photo from inside the rickshaw and is submitting it to the police today but it is not easy to identify the driver. This is not the first time I have heard of such a scam. One tourist was told the fare came to £200 because it was “a tour” and not a ride to the restaurant. Despite it being no such thing. London scammers in plain sight.

To clarify. It’s actually even worse. The horror of what our families face is this: my son’s killer, Valdo Calocane, was given a Section 37/41 hospital order. This is medical care, not a penal sentence. By January 2027—the 3-year mark—he can legally apply to a tribunal to come out if deemed well enough. Worse, until our recent fight to close the loophole, these criminal patients actively pocketed up to £800/month in state benefits from their hospital beds. A hospital order is not prison. We face a life sentence ensuring this monster is never released. #JusticeForBarnaby #NottinghamAttacks 💚💛
