RIP Teri Garr.
An unheralded comedic acting genius - 100% authentic and hilarious in
every role.
Worked on a film about this for @HistoryHit, and good to see a fellow Calgarian @aisling_macken doing some great work at the Maritime Museum.

No sorry these days I'm blinded by the largest transfer of wealth from the poor to the rich in the history of the world. I'll stay vigilant though!

I think what Starmer means when he says that the economy is bad is that he personally plans to do nothing in response to the largest transfer of wealth from the working class to the rich in the history of mankind. Bold platform, let's see how he fares.

There is literally no need at all for Labour to deliver a painful budget in October. There is a massive capacity to increase taxes on wealth. If Labour wanted to borrow they could. And there are people who want good work.

The Bear would be so much better but for that little voice in my head that kept shouting "It's just a fucking restaurant you losers"
This dumb motherfucker still thinks TV exists.
Jerry Seinfeld says TV comedy is being hurt by "the extreme left and P.C. crap, and people worrying so much about offending other people."
“It used to be, you would go home at the end of the day, most people would go, ‘Oh, “Cheers” is on. Oh, “MASH” is on. Oh, “Mary Tyler Moore” is on. “All in the Family” is on.’ You just expected, ‘There’ll be some funny stuff we can watch on TV tonight.’ Well, guess what—where is it? This is the result of the extreme left and P.C. crap, and people worrying so much about offending other people...[comedy fans] are now going to see stand-up comics because we are not policed by anyone. The audience polices us. We know when we’re off track. We know instantly and we adjust to it instantly. But when you write a script and it goes into four or five different hands, committees, groups — 'Here’s our thought about this joke.' Well, that’s the end of your comedy.”
