I hear stories of people entering their 30s and becoming more boundaried, self assured, confident and less concerned about the opinions of others. I think the opposite happened to me. I was like that in my teens/ 20s 😭

My date of birth feels like a celebrity to me. Whenever I see it written somewhere random, like on a movie poster or a milk carton, I'm like omg there she is! Ugh, she looks great :)

I actually think my opinion on this topic if fairly unpopular, because I absolutely do believe you at the minimum owe an affair baby acknowledgment IF you stayed married to their adulterous father.
Can you imagine your mum who has been with your dad for 15+ years cannot just go away on a spa retreat and be alone for a weekend?
It hasn’t been the honeymoon stage for over a decade. She needs a break. She doesn’t love him any less. Get a grip man.
My kid enjoys learning. He wants to practice writing, putting together phonics to sound out words. He can sight read pretty well. He’s really enthusiastic. School have only started singular phonics.

I think it’s annoying that reataurants dont help put with this either. Kids menu is always chicken nuggets, burgers, pizza etc lmao.
Your kid isn't a picky eater. Your kid is a marketed eater.
Jamie Oliver nails it here. In Tuscany, 4-year-olds tear apart charcoal-grilled pigeon on polenta with artichokes. In America and England, grown men won't touch a vegetable.
Nobody is born genetically wired for beige food. Familiarity is manufactured.
The part that should make every parent angry: he says his campaign proved London's bus-stop ads targeted kids on the school run. Sweets and junk food while they waited. Cars and holidays within 10 minutes of them boarding.
That's not advertising. That's hunting.
The good news: if taste can be trained toward nuggets, it can be trained back.
Idk what’s worse, the “there’s nothing wrong” parents or the ones that pathologise everything their neurodivergent child does.
I am tired of the repetitiveness of life sometimes man. Same old shit day in day out and the odd thing that brings variety costs a million pounds, requires coordination of transport, outfits and whatever else and sometimes it ends up being shit anyway.
I think I need a new brain

I really hope feminists know that no one is born inherently anything, and that we’re never solving the patriarchy by hating little boys
