First time I've let a crew down before I've got in the boat. Was due to race the Veterans Head today, fell over & broke my wrist. Anything to avoid pain of last 2mls. Operation on Wednesday. A&E at Chelsea & Westminster were amazing. Thank you

Thank you to @ChelwestFT Emergency Department for letting me observe last night. The several hours I spent with dedicated @NHSEngland professionals was eye opening and inspirational - it will help inform my thinking on patient flow in hospitals and planning for winter pressures.
