Fàbregas’ Como, in two phases. 01 — Milla draws the press. Da Cunha receives behind it. One pass, the channel behind the LB opens, and the cut-back finishes it. 02 — A zonal front three on the goal kick. A short pass to the CB triggers the press, a switch to the far CB triggers the jump, and he’s forced inside into the trap. Overload. Lure. Strike. 📚The complete playbook is in the Full Football Coach Library. 🔗Link: payhip.com/EliteSoccerCoach #football #tactics #footballcoach #Como #Fabregas SerieA pressing buildup elitesoccercoach

🔴⚪ FC Bayern Munich Training A double zone practice combining a 4v4 and a 3v3 plus 1. ⚽ Players can only enter the opposite zone by dribbling across the dividing line. 🔄 The coach can restart play with either team in either zone. 🎯 The end line neutral player supports possession, helps connect play and offers an option to bypass pressure. ⚽ Maurizio Sarri has included duels in most of his training sessions at Atalanta this season. Here is a two phase duel setup from last week. Phase 1: Players jump over hurdles before reacting quickly to block shots aimed at the mini goals. Phase 2: The coach introduces a new ball and the exercise becomes a live 2v2. 𝑫𝒊𝒅 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆: It's a cliche, but it always looked like Spurs 'had an extra player' against Chelsea. In his regular series, @Jon_Mackenzie examines how Spurs' created and exploited the use of 'free players' in their victory at Stamford Bridge.

Rest-defense is about so much more than what happens "behind the ball". I analyze the top 3 clubs in the Premier League right now, and how they're utilizing a minimalistic rest-defense approach to prioritize their attacking combinations. themastermindsite.com/2026/1…
