Hild Jr. Just sued Candace Owens in federal court in Utah on September 28, 2026. The case number is 2:26-cv-00896. His complaint says she told millions of people that he helped kill Charlie Kirk, that he belonged to a secret group, and that he was the man in the stairwell photographs. That is not what she said. She said he looks more like the man on those stairs than Tyler Robinson does, and she asked the same questions the public has been asking. Asking a question is not the same as accusing a man of murder. The timing is the tell. Brian Harpole already sued her in Tennessee, and that case is not going the way his side hoped. A second lawsuit arrived in Utah just days after the university released its after-action report. Turning Point and thr fedsloppers are behind this and i believe Turning Point is banrolling the lawsuit. There is a reason this was filed in UT. Utah is Mormon mafia teritory and the same people they control who helped facilitate Charlie's murder are the same people who will now be hearing this case. In other words, where they have friends.
