Yes, that is true. Diego Sarabia (often misspelled as Sabia), one of seven former Cornell University students accused in a major civil sexual assault lawsuit, is no longer employed by Wells Fargo.
A spokesperson for Wells Fargo confirmed that Sarabia is no longer with the company following a massive public outcry and demands for his termination.

I wasn’t going to comment on the Cornell issue, but I can’t let this go.
I’ve gone to police while being stalked and terrorized, only to have key information and evidence omitted and my statement recorded egregiously wrong.
I’m not anti-police, but some officers are beyond careless, biased and bad at documenting incidents.
When I brought it to their attention they basically said “well you’re feeling better now, so let it go.”
It made a horrifying situation even more demeaning.
The woman was gang raped, MATTHEW. Do your fucking job.
