You know the level of curiosity that would make an anthropologist get two men to have a conversation into his wax recording?
Protect this very fragile thing that could easily damage from heat and his long travel via ship back to England. Store it carefully in the archives and digitize it 100 years later?

🚨Andoni Iraola on Manchester City potentially avoiding relegation after being found guilty of 115 charges:
🗣️ Andoni Iraola:
“I’ll be honest, what concerns me isn’t Manchester City being punished. If you break the rules, you accept the consequences.
What concerns me is the possibility of City being found guilty of serious financial breaches and then somehow walking away without a sporting punishment that reflects what happened.
Because football is not only about Manchester City.
What about the clubs that competed against them?
What about the clubs that missed out on Champions League football?
What about the clubs that were relegated?
Imagine finishing fifth by two points and missing the Champions League, then years later discovering the team above you gained an unfair advantage.
That club doesn’t get those Champions League nights back.
Look at relegation too. A club can go down by one or two points. That can mean players leaving, staff losing jobs and millions disappearing from the club.
You can’t simply tell those clubs, ‘That was years ago, move on.’
They didn’t get to move on when they were suffering the consequences.
If City are ultimately found guilty, the punishment has to mean something.
A fine alone cannot become the price of doing business for a club with enormous resources.
This isn’t about disliking Manchester City. They’ve had an excellent team and an excellent manager.
It’s about protecting the competition.
Think about the clubs that may have lost titles, Champions League places, European qualification or their Premier League status.
Those clubs can’t replay those seasons.
They can’t recover the money or opportunities they lost.
So if the findings stand, don’t protect Manchester City’s reputation.
Protect the clubs that played by the rules.
Because if City gained something unfairly, we have to remember that someone else paid the price.”
🎙️ Messi On Enzo Fernandez during Messi’s Farewell Speech :
🗣️“After I announced my retirement from the national team in 2016, a kid in our group wrote a letter to me asking me to stay for a few more years. That he would be proud to share the pitch with me. The words struck me and I had to change my decision.
4 years later, I won Copa America and Word cup 🏆 with the kid.
The kid is Enzo Fernandez “

You APC people are funny. Once you people realize that, one is ready to match your energy, aura for aura, you begin to start panicking & start playing the victim’s card.
He displayed the gun when he was replying to threats by the APC in Kano. He made it clear that no one can rig the election in Kano state. He went further to state that, anyone planning to rig the elections in Kano would be resisted, & that they, the NDC Kano (kwankwasiyya ideologues), are ready to defend themselves with anything. He said that if you’re planning to rig the election in Kano, they’re ready to send you to your maker. He then finally urged political leaders in Kano to allow the will of the people to prevail, & failure to do so, would turn Kano into something else.
By the way, the young man here, the NDC house of assembly aspirant, Aminu Warkal, was a former air force officer. The gun you see here in the video wasn’t illegally obtained. He has his license.
Finally, this 2027 election that you see, no one can rig it. When we say we’re stopping rigging right from the polling units, you guys thought we’re joking, right? Put body first!
Nigeria must be OK!
This is Aminu Warkal, NDC State Assembly candidate for Gwale Local Government. During his campaign, he was seen physically displaying what appeared to be a gun.
If the video accurately reflects what happened, I believe this should be taken seriously. Political disagreements or internal party crises should not be allowed to create fear or threaten the safety of citizens.
I call on the relevant security and electoral authorities to look into the incident and take appropriate action in accordance with the law. Campaigns should be conducted peacefully and responsibly, regardless of political differences.

I had to dig to find the video where Cristiano Ronaldo confirmed that he wanted to retire from the national team after the World Cup but the Coach and the President of the Portuguese Football Federation pressed him not to retire.
Nay, this isn't fair treatment for Ronaldo.✍️
How are people criticising Cristiano Ronaldo for not retiring from the Portuguese national team immediately after the World Cup?
Ronaldo made it clear that he was retiring, but the Portuguese football federation/government pressured him to stay because of the relevance he brings to the team and the country’s football.
Ronaldo, at 41, is the reason they sell out match tickets and fill up their stadiums. Ronaldo at 41 is the MAJOR reason firms pay hugely to sponsor the Portuguese national team.
Oh yes, Ronaldo, at 41, is the reason for the whole media attention, crowds gathering to receive the team everywhere they go. Ronaldo, at 41, still gives the team deciding goals, shows leadership, and helps the team incredibly, both on and off the pitch.
He may have waned in his capacity as a prolific striker, but he is far from finished, particularly the off-game values. No matter the logic or reason, you should and CANNOT disrespect your legend, your greatest football asset, in this manner.
Anyways, I wish Ronaldo the best of luck.✍️

This is former Nigerian Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar, being used in a hospital advert after undergoing knee replacement surgery in India.
These so-called “experienced leaders” had every opportunity while in power to build first-class healthcare facilities in Nigeria. Yet, in old age, they travel abroad for the very medical care they failed to make adequately available at home and can even end up as advertisements for foreign hospitals.
At this rate, perhaps one day a hospital in France will be using a Nigerian president, Tinubu for its adverts.
What a tragic indictment of decades of failed leadership and neglect of Nigeria’s healthcare system.

Peter Obi has never presented himself as an angel. He has never said he’s a saint either - if you have a video of anywhere he said he is, please post it in the comments.
In fact, the man will tell you himself that he is not a saint.
What he says is that he is not a thief.
That’s it.
All this man does is show you things that are wrong.
He tells you things he did differently when he was in government.
He tells you things he wouldn’t do.
He tells you how he believes government should work.
He has never said he is perfect.
So if you, as a politician who is used to stealing and corruption, now look at Peter Obi and see an Angel…
My dear, that is YOUR perception of him. 😂
It has nothing to do with him.
Na your conscience dey prick you, Mr Man. 😂
Because how can somebody simply say:
“Don’t steal public money.”
“Don’t waste public money.”
“Give Nigerians value for their money.”
“Be accountable.”
And you start shouting:
“This man thinks he is a saint!”😂😂😂
Na you put the halo for hin head o.
Maybe your own standard has just become so low that when somebody behaves the way a public servant is supposed to behave, he suddenly looks like an Angel to you.
Peter Obi doesn’t have to be a saint for us to expect accountability from our leaders.
He doesn’t have to be perfect for us to acknowledge that some things can be done differently.
And if his emphasis on accountability makes you uncomfortable…
Na you sa’bi o😂
