Kheema mehti- is real comfort food and so easy to cook. I love serving this with freshly made parathas. Kids love it too which is a win win 👊🏽💪🏽
The only ingredient you may not have in your store cupboard is the dried fenugreek (kasturi mehti) but easily sourced online.
I think it’s about time I wrote a cookbook, it been many many years in the cooking, making living and dreaming …
So what’s your favourite cookbook and why ?

"If the economy is to recover once the pandemic has passed, we must resist the call to abandon our free-enterprise, free-trade economic model. Combined with low taxes and sensible regulation, it remains the most effective mechanism for creating wealth and spreading opportunity."

£££s will be delivered to people on PAYE. Okay, but what about plumbers, plasterers, handymen, painters & decorators, electricians? The stress levels in that sector are monumental. Forgive me if I missed the detail on that. #selfemployed
