PLEASE‼️ and I repeat PLEASE‼️ don’t smash burgers on the grill over an open flame. I see people make this #BBQ/#Grilling mistake all the time, and it’s a huge no-no.   Smashing burgers over an open-flame dries the burger out, and removes all the delicious flavors and juices

inside. Allow the burger to cook, by simply flipping them, for amazingly juicy burgers.   If you like smashed burgers, do it on a flat top, cast iron pan or on a plancha; so it can retain all the juices. Happy Grilling 🔥
