Let’s accept your premise of the front office “stocking the cabinets.” What kind of front office builds an incredible roster (debatable, but still we’ll carry on) and turns it over to a first time 52yo head coach? It’d be one thing if he was a young up and comer, but he’s not.

Jerry Jones has less to do with this football team than at any other time he's owned the Dallas Cowboys. And I'm still shocked that fans believe this is more of a talent issue than a coaching problem. The front office has done a tremendous job stocking the cabinets.
