So far, we have prototype versions of 5 of the 6 planned graph views, along with a document metadata viewer.
We plan on prototyping a text editing view next, and once all prototypes are completed, we plan on implementing LLM text generation into the test application.

We have a functional workbench and we're now beginning the development of Loom UI components.
We're currently working towards building a UI workbench, where we'll evaluate UI component designs when used within a larger application (we're aiming to have our test application be representative of the most common Loom use cases) so that we can get meaningful user feedback.
Once we've settled on the design of our UI components, we'll turn them into a library that anyone can use.

Currently, #牛来 is taking the lead in the BNB meme season, even surpassing $Marscoin. But both of these coins simply represent the current trend, and the same applies to almost every runner on BNB right now. Some will survive, while others will disappear completely and be forgotten.
There is only one coin that I believe can survive all of this and eventually reach the level of #币安人生, and that is #币有.
I know it’s hard to see that right now because of the poor price action, but I believe people who share the same vision will be rewarded.
You literally don’t need to trade any other chain besides BNB right now. On Solana, the majority of coins struggle to even pass $15K MC. On BNB, random coins regularly reach $2M to $4M, while something like $Marscoin can go to $60M within five days. Some of the biggest opportunities in the market are happening on BNB. BE GRATEFUL FOR THEM.

This is the clearest roadmap @transkatgirl has shared so far.
@universalweave is no longer just an abstract idea hidden inside a Rust repository.
The demo has now been ported to a microcontroller, proving the core library can run even on highly limited hardware.
But the bigger reveal is what comes after 0.5.0:
UI components for egui and ratatui.
Multiplayer editing for DAG-based documents.
Text manipulation layers that make editing Weaves feel as intuitive as editing normal text.
Then all of those building blocks will come together in a fully-featured Loom designed for both LLM researchers and creative writers.
The core library is the foundation.
The ecosystem built on top of it is where people will finally experience what @universalweave makes possible.
@transkatgirl is not building one closed AI product.
She is building the layers other developers can use to create entirely new ways of interacting with AI.
For weeks, I have been telling people that $weave is still misunderstood.
Now people can finally see where all of this is going.
When we said we were making building blocks for any Loom, we meant any.
universal-weave can run anywhere, including on devices with limited capabilities. Today, we've put that to the test by porting universal-weave's demo application to run on a microcontroller.
We'll soon be shipping universal-weave 0.5.0, which will make it easier to build Loom implementations that can run anywhere. We've ensuring our highly efficient graph layout algorithm is robust enough for developers to bet their projects on, and we're further optimizing the core of universal-weave so that it continues to perform even in extreme use cases.
But we're not done yet.
Once universal-weave 0.5.0 is published, we're going to begin creating libraries and frameworks which build upon it.
These libraries will include:
universal-weave UI components for the egui and ratatui UI frameworks
Multiplayer editing of universal-weave's DAG-based documents
Text manipulation layers for universal-weave which allow developers to make editing weaves as intuitive as editing text
We plan on using these libraries to build our most ambitious demo yet: A fully-featured Loom implementation built upon the universal-weave ecosystem which can meet the needs of both LLM researchers and creative writers.

i guess i should post more frequent development updates.
i really didn't expect graphing to take this long. i mean, i could say "i didn't expect this to take so long" for most of this project; i just wanna get to the fun/cool parts alreadyyyyy
the graphing implementation works fairly well and it passes a fairly comprehensive property test suite.
it seems to be roughly 2-3x faster than the layout library that was previously used by tapestry loom, has much better behavior when used for DAG-based documents, and unlike the layout code used in the last demo, it's worst-case time complexity is O(V + E) (linear time) rather than O(V^2)
sadly, this does not mean it's done yet. aaaaaaaaaa
there are some edge cases that are not really practical to test in an automated manner. so, i have to carefully examine the code, tracing out how it behaves. most of what i'm worried about is integer overflow behavior, but doing this kind of examination also helps uncover potential failure modes i wouldn't have even thought to check otherwise.
the issue is that the graphing code is a mess, because claude fable helped a lot with the implementation work (all algorithmic and API design decisions were mine). this allowed me to get this done far faster than what would have been possible otherwise, but oh godd now i have to clean all of this code up
i'm making progress on the code cleanup & review, and i'm aiming to be done before the end of the week.
once i get that done, it's just a matter of my usual pre-release stuff (final code review + property testing at very high case counts), and then i can get universal-weave 0.5.0 published.

Simple explanation for the community:
It means the system that takes all the branches inside a Loom and automatically arranges them into a visual map that users can actually see and navigate.
@transkatgirl now has a working draft with reasonably good performance. The next step is testing its reliability and fixing edge cases before including it in the next @universalweave release.
So the project has moved from:
“Can this graphing layer work?”
to:
“Is it reliable enough to ship?”
This matters because future Loom builders would not need to find a separate graphing library or build one from scratch. @universalweave could provide both the branching structure and the foundation needed to display it.
Still WIP, but another difficult layer is taking shape in public.
