Underscores need for early specialty access, and multi -D teams to tackle low grade AEs so we can keep patients on therapy.
Our large claims-based irAE paper in 5500 ICI-treated pts with Medicare advantage, shows:
- median age 73 (older pts receive ICIs in real world vs. trials)
- 61.8% pts had irAEs
- RiskRx-V co-morbidity index higher in pts with irAEs
