Personally, I don’t believe Tyler Robinson was a well-trained marksman, certainly not the assassin that many have portrayed the shooter to be. I think he simply, unfortunately, got very lucky. He was almost certainly aiming for the head and likely failed to account for gravity bullet drop from a downward-angled shot coupled with a adrenaline fueled trigger pull. Kirk was clearly wearing body armor, and based on the entrance wound, I believe the bullet may have deflected off the top of the armor plate and bounced upward into the neck. Without the armor the bullet possibly would have entered just below the collarbone. No trained sniper, or a “wannabe assassin”, would ever intentionally aim for the neck. A trained shooter would aim for center mass or the head. Of course this is all just my opinion.

Rebecca Haro, the mother of missing 7 month old Emmanuel Haro, has a brother that is also bad at manufacturing stories after killing someone. James Beushausen was convicted of first degree murder in 2018. He tried to stage the murder of his girlfriend as a suicide.

I received this message from the family of Hiren Baltazar. They hired me as their investigator and to lead the search operations. Although we did find Hiren, tragically, he was deceased. This thank-you note is a powerful reminder of how many people and groups come together to support families enduring the heartbreak of a missing loved one. It shows that even in tragedy, there is an abundance of love when those with genuine intentions unite to help, while we keep out those who seek to interfere or cause chaos. Hiren’s family has told me that, when they are emotionally ready, they plan to assist in future community searches for others. They also graciously donated the clothing Hiren was found in to several search and rescue K9 teams to aid in cadaver dog training. In fact, the search I participated in last week included two teams who received items donated by Hiren’s family via the funeral home for training purposes. These cases can be incredibly frustrating, especially because of the small minority of individuals who try to exploit these situations for personal gain. At times, I question whether I might lose my passion because of them. But then, I receive a reminder like this one, and it reinforces just how important this community is. Every person with genuine intentions truly makes a difference.

We just found Tim Spurdle alive in the mountain range. Thank you to everyone who helped spread awareness and to all that helped with the search. AtNight, Hong, Bullhorn Betty, Brittany J, and the others have lost. Their so-called injunction has failed, and they’ve been ordered to pay attorney’s fees and expenses. Plus, Hong is about to face another loss in Los Angeles court, just 55 minutes from now. #FAFO Joseph Lesniak, you are a CLOWN.

We are 30 minutes away from the start of a systematic dismantling of the “Plaintiffs”, a process that will be both lengthy and costly for them. This is the consequence of their abuse of the legal system at the expense of Sebastian Rogers. It’s time to wake up (literally, BJ, wakeup) and understand that accountability is coming. I pulled some strings, called in a few favors, and managed to obtain a live feed camera of the Plaintiffs side of the table from inside the courtroom, which I have attached.

It’s amusing when people like @MattThibodeau and @JulieProfoundAutism (Julie Skolnik) think they’ve orchestrated a takedown of me, when, in reality, they’ve been scammed by a known fraudster, child trafficker, and a man restrained by multiple domestic violence orders. Let’s break it down. The perpetually clueless @MattThibodeau posted documents from my PI license, claiming they prove I hired David Michael Ferrari for my company. Yes, he worked for me, not the other way around, until I uncovered his history of stalking, violence against women, and a completely fabricated background. I fired him immediately. I submitted a letter of cessation to the Bureau, which accepted it the same day, officially releasing Ferrari. Ferrari is currently under investigation for failing to report elder abuse charges and multiple arrests. The Bureau even provided me with a letter confirming his termination with cause. Now, inexperienced Julie, understandable for someone in their 80's and without all their faculties, and Matt have fallen for Ferrari’s fabricated story without doing any due diligence. What they don’t realize, and what now hangs over their heads, is that Ferrari has a history of trafficking underage girls out of DCS custody. He is the only person I’ve ever encountered in my career against whom DCS has filed a restraining order due to the extreme danger he poses to underage girls. Just last week, another domestic violence restraining order was issued against him. But this is their guy. This is their mentor. This is what Julie and Matt consider "advocacy", aligning themselves with a sex trafficker and a known perpetrator of domestic violence. This is Matt and Julie's legacy. That is who they support. That is who they defend. And so does the entire gaggle of Nodding Off druggies on Brittany J's panel. That channel is nothing more than a trafficking sympathizer platform, and they confirmed it by giving a platform to two supposed "advocates" for domestic violence and child sex trafficking. Let me be clear: I am honored that these people speak negatively about me. I would never want two predators like Julie and Matt to support anything I do. See the attached receipts. And as for you, David Michael Ferrari, if you didn’t want your charges and accusations exposed publicly, maybe you shouldn’t have encouraged your two sympathizers to launch such a pathetic takedown attempt.

Bullhorn Betty is a #FlopAtLife criminal out on a $20,000 bond, which is now being revoked. She has multiple orders of protection against her because she is a mentally deranged lunatic and a danger to society. Last week, I caught and exposed Bullhorn Betty faking images, and now she’s desperately projecting. This is a woman who can’t even wash her own clothes, or shower regularly, let alone cover a missing persons case. Betty, you will never be me, give it up. To address her two tweets (this woman clearly thinks about me 24/7): I have never been fired from any case, period. As for the ones she mentioned: Kiely Rodni: I met with her grandfather just last week and remain in regular contact with the family. They invite me to family holidays. Dylan Rounds: I never worked on this case. She has me confused with Jim Terry, which only further proves she is on the verge of being diagnosed as clinically brain-dead. Layla Santanello: I continue to work closely with the TBI on this case. Sebastian Rogers: I speak with Sebastian's family multiple times a day. Over the past three days, we have thoroughly planned our next search based on newly obtained intelligence, more than 100 hours of analyzed surveillance, and highly significant information acquired in the last 48 hours. Meanwhile, all Betty has done is sit on her filthy couch in her disgusting, stained clothes, expose her photo manipulation techniques, and lose subscribers. AtNight figured out she was the mole leaking information, and both AtNight and the Green Team have completely cut her off. Now, she is flying solo. She is obsessing over me because she is no longer involved in any case, on any level. She is a #FlopAtLife.

It’s clear that Bruce Castor and Lesniak do not represent the “plaintiffs.” BHB, Brittany J., Julia, Tony, Seth, Nik, Hong, and the others are each on their own, and there is no way to avoid the countersuits. Each individual is responsible for themselves, and committing fraud upon the court is extremely serious. Fraudulent filings, fraudulent lawyers, abuse of process, and a past track record indicate that this conduct is willful and intentional. Attached is the latest letter I sent to Castor and Lesniak today. I am posting it here for all the plaintiffs to see, since these lawyers are not representing them. Please seek legal counsel. This will be a three- to four-year process, that will be unbelievably costly and time consuming for each of you. One that is certain to end in liens against any asset you will ever own. #FAFO

All joking aside, this is a serious matter. Bruce Castor Jr. has confirmed that his name was used fraudulently by the individuals listed below. Each of them has committed a crime and is now being sued independently for their actions. It's sad to witness such a egregious attempt to exploit every penny from a missing 16-year-old boy from Hendersonville, TN. While I only have the ability to hold them accountable in civil court, I sincerely hope the magnitude of their deceit catches the attention of the District Attorney’s Office, leading to criminal charges for their participation in this fraud. Each of them signed a sworn verification, affirming that everything in the injunction and complaint was true, all while knowing they never signed a retainer agreement with Bruce Castor Jr. Profit meant more to each of them than Sebastian Rogers. They betrayed Sebastian Rogers for personal gain. Each of them deserves the consequences of their actions. The karma they’ve brought upon themselves will follow them for the rest of their lives. I’m sure there’s a perfectly reasonable explanation for how Julia had a 45-minute call with Bruce Castor’s office (despite him making it abundantly clear that his name was used fraudulently) and was assured they are her counsel. After all, this is a woman who "won" a Purple Heart. I literally fell to my knees and cried tears of joy at the thought of taking her deposition since all of this is discoverable. Here’s how I imagine it starting: SF: Julia, can you please spell your name for the record? Julia: First name: B-I-L-L, last name: J-0-N-E-S.

I have sent three communications to Bruce Castor Jr. and Joseph Lesniak regarding what appears to be a bogus and fraudulent injunction and lawsuit filed by AtNight and the other “Plaintiffs.” It seems no one wants to go on record about this failed attempt to intimidate others—not just a failure, but potentially criminal conduct. This situation appears to involve forgery, and each of the Plaintiffs is liable because they signed verifications while knowing that Bruce Castor Jr. was not their attorney. From what I have been informed, they did not sign a retainer agreement with him. I don’t believe any of them fully comprehend the scope of the legal trouble they now face, as they have committed fraud and forgery against a court. To ensure everyone is clear, here are the names of the Plaintiffs involved.
